We have been alerted that some staff are experiencing issues accessing the Meal Break Reporting Program to enter missed meal and/or variance payment information.

The Meal Break Reporting Program, along with some others, requires a new IP address as a result of the replacement of an IT server. The updating of station computers and kiosks where staff would normally access affected programs is in process. Please ensure that all station computers and kiosks remain powered on to receive updates.

In the interim, staff may use the link below to access the Meal Break Reporting Program in order to avoid any further delays:

Once the necessary updates have been performed on station computers and kiosks, the computers may need to be restarted (not shut down) in order for the upgrade to take effect.

I encourage affected staff to continue to submit meal break variances via the link above.
